Our next tournament is on Sunday morning 3rd June. Again it's the first to register will get a place although those that missed out on Cholsey will get preference over the ones that played.

All places have now been filled and it's Charlie, Westy, Connor, Jim, Josh, Obaida and Jake that will represent the club
All those who missed out on this one will get first chance on the next tournament  at Crowmarsh on the next Sunday, 3rd June.

Summer tournaments

We're taking a break from training as the exams are looming but we are in four tournaments. They are:

Cholsey   Sat 26 May   5 aside + 2 subs
Crowmarsh  Sun 3 June  5 a side (don't know how many subs)
Radley   Sun 17 June  6 a side + 2 subs + 1 guest
Kidlington   Sun 24 June  11 a side + 3 subs

We do need an idea of who is available and your preferences for these to help organise the teams. Please let me know via  the management or text/call my mobile on 07785 746756.

Presentation Day and player awards

Thanks to all who came to the Presentation Day, it was a great success all round.
The Player's Player of the Season was awarded to Daniel 'Westy' West The Spectators' Player of the Season was Ben Whitehead and the Managers' Player of the Season went to Connor Penfold.

Congratulations to all three and they were richly deserved. Well done to Connor for his speech when accepting his award. 

It's a mark of how successful the team has been as a whole this season in that there was quite a wide spread of votes this year.

Presentation Day 12th May 2012

It's the Presentation Day on Saturday 12th May 11am at The Closes in Cumnor. All players and their families for the season are expected to attend this event. Players will get a medal for being part of the squad plus a rather neat medal for being runners up this year.
It's been an amazing achievement this season especially considering how we've struggled in previous years, so all should be well pleased with their effort.

Turn up, get your medals, all is good.
